Our desserts are all prepared within an hour before opening to provide you with optimal taste pleasure.

The ingredients we use come from local producers, we love to pick the fruits and vegetables that we cook.
To reduce the environmental impact of our activity, we are constantly thinking about all possible improvements.
Our approach is 360° global.
For co-founder Imane AITALI, who retrained in 2013 after a career working with disadvantaged groups in several social structures, it was a shock to see the enormous food waste but also an environment plagued by recurring misogyny.
